Position Overview

We’re hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is designed for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and making a difference in customers’ lives — without the pressure of sales.
 
 This is a non-licensed position, meaning you’ll support the agency in key administrative and customer service functions under the guidance of our licensed team members. For the right person, there are opportunities to pursue insurance licensing and advance into higher-level roles within the agency as you develop.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help ensure our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve. Your daily responsibilities will include:

·         Answering incoming calls and greeting customers warmly and professionally

·         Collecting and documenting basic customer information (name, phone number, date/time of loss, etc.)

·         Handling billing-related questions such as payment methods and due dates

·         Processing customer payments and managing related paperwork

·         Updating customer contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)

·         Sending and organizing mail, emails, and letters to customers

·         Managing filing, scanning, and document preparation

·         Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for licensed team members

·         Assisting with office organization, marketing support, and administrative projects

·         Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly

·         (Note: This position does not involve quoting or discussing insurance coverage, underwriting, or rates.)
